If you are interested in hiring a wedding coordinator for your big day, I would love to meet with you in person.  This will give us a chance to discuss in detail any questions you may have about what a coordinator does, what is included in my packages and your overall vision of the day.

Bridal Packages

Amethyst Package (Wedding Day)
(Package price based upon approximately 12 hours of coordination)

-Unlimited email contact
-Two personalized face to face appointments**
-Assist you with any questions concerning wedding etiquette
-Receive deliveries and meet vendors on wedding day
-Oversee and supervise the set-up and tear down of ceremony and reception
-Ensure proper placement of place cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, programs, gifts, bubbles, rose petals, the cake, disposable cameras, centerpieces, etc.
-Greet guests and direct them to the ceremony area
-Communicate with the catering and bar staff to make sure that dinner is correct and served on time, and that your guests get the correct meals. (i.e. vegetarian, kosher, dietary restrictions, etc.)
-Communicate with the DJ, band or other entertainment; cueing for ceremony music, wedding party arrival, first dance and all other special moments throughout the night
-Distribute corsages, boutonnières, bouquets, and flower girl baskets
-Line up wedding party and send them down the aisle at the right time (make sure bride's dress is perfect, bouquets are in place, ect.)
-Assist and direct receiving line
-Gather wedding party and family members for pictures as needed
-Ensure all candles, lanterns, twinkle lights, etc are lit and remain lit the entire time
-Make sure all finishing touches are complete before allowing guests to entire the reception area
-Cut wedding cake to ensure you get the amount of cake you paid for
-Distribute gratuities or final payments to the proper people/vendors
-Keep track of, then package up everything for you at the end of the evening. (guest book, champagne flutes, cake topper,disposable cameras, etc.)
-Make sure limo or special transportation is present and on time
-Personal attention for the wedding party; consoling a nervous ring bearer/flower girl, helping the maid of honor bustle the bride's dress, etc.
-Personal attention for the family members; help mom stay calm, provide tissues, etc.
-Personal attention for your guests; answer any questions, make sure guests with special needs have assistance, etc
-Let you know what comes next, so you are never caught off guard
-Be there by your side, ready and available for any emergencies. (My wedding emergency kit is never far!)

Ruby Package (Rehearsal & Wedding Day)
(Package price based upon approximately 16 hours of coordination)

-Includes everything listed in Amethyst package

-Final time line distributed to wedding party, family and vendors
-Rehearsal coordination

Emerald Package

-Includes everything listed in Ruby package
-Creation of wedding website for use during and after your wedding
-Five personalized face to face appointments**
-Analyze and develop budget
-Etiquette advice
-Unlimited phone and email contact
-Six hours of extra personal time***
-Three referred vendors per category
-Arrange and accompany you to all vendor appointments
-Negotiate and review all vendor contracts
-Assist with menu selection
-Assist with attire and attend final fittings
-Assist with rehearsal dinner arrangements
-Make hotel accommodations and travel arrangements for out of town guests
-Negotiate special room rates/room blocks for out of town guests
-Coordinate next day breakfast or brunch arrangements
-Assist with save the dates, invitations, wedding favors, etc
-Final time line preparation the week of the Big Day
-Final meeting with vendors the week of the wedding to make sure all details are in place
-Final meeting with Bride and Groom the week of the Big Day

(For the bride with no time to plan!)

-Eight personalized face to face appointments**
-Design of entire event, theme, decor and concept development
-Eight hours of extra personal time***
-Unlimited vendor referrals
-Decorate honeymoon suite
-Pick up and return all small rentals (i.e. tuxedos, cake parts, chocolate fountain, etc.)

*Additional face to face consultations can be added to any package.

Hourly Consulting & Custom Designed Packages
We are happy to consult with you on an hourly basis prior to your wedding, or we will design a package tailored to your individual needs.

A la Carte Services

Coordination   $50/hour

Assist in planning of additional events, (i.e. Engagement party, bachelorette party, bachelor party, showers, luncheon, etc.)

Creation of personal ceremony (i.e. vows, reading, special music, unity ceremony.)

Bartender/Server      $35/hour
